Mary Lynn Biles Evans, affectionately known as Lynn, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 27, 2026, at the age of 78. Born on June 19, 1948, in Simpson County, Kentucky, she was remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother whose life centered on family, everyday joys, and the people she loved. A Life Dedicated to Family and Simple Pleasures Lynn leaves behind six children: Kimberly York Goodman, Kamala Collins, Kent Butt, Kevin Butt, Eric Smith, and Kelly Evans. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, along with several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, James R. Biles and Mary Ann (Park) Biles. Throughout her professional life, Lynn worked as a general manager. Away from work, she enjoyed tending to her yard, spending time at the lake, browsing flea markets, and reading. These interests reflected her appreciation for life’s simple pleasures and the moments that made each day meaningful.
